Dr. Abdelrahim holds a PhD in Accounting, a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. His research interests include Management Accounting Change, International Accounting, Financial Disclosure, Corporate Governance, Auditing, Earnings Management and Accounting Education.
Dr. Abdelrahim has had over 8years of rich professional experience with the industry in accounting and finance and over 15 years of teaching experience. He previously worked with American University in the Emirate, Al Dar University College and University of Jazeera, Dubai, UAE.


Dr. Abdelrahim teaching and learning philosophy is consistent with the university and department mission, which is to educate students to meet the demands of the employment markets for
educated professionals.
