Mr. Shahid Ali brings over 15 years of extensive experience across education, information technology support and market research, serving prestigious institutions in the UAE and the UK. Holding a Master of Science in Business Information Systems with e-Business from Middlesex University, London, Mr. Shahid is recognized for
his adeptness in teaching diverse courses to over 1,000 students of various nationalities.

His instructional portfolio spans from university general to master's level, with a specialization in Business Information Systems,
Digital Economy, Business Intelligence and Big Data Analysis. Additionally, he has delivered BTEC Pearson Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5 units, along with Level 7 units in computer science and business strategic management,
showcasing his proficiency in curriculum delivery and academic leadership.

As a Senior Lecturer at Synergy University Dubai since 2020, Mr. Shahid's role encompasses teaching, research, and administrative responsibilities, where he instructs a wide array of courses including Information Security, Business Intelligence, Digital Economy, IT in Economics, and Data Analysis. Beyond academia, he has contributed significantly to market research endeavours in the UK, served as an online instructor for international accredited degree programs, and facilitated training sessions on emerging technologies such as Data Science and Python.
