Born in the remote region of Russian Federation, I always aimed high and stayed active. Dubai is the 4th city I'm living in, so I have a vast experience in communicating and building trustful relationships with all kinds of people. Therefore, I strongly believe in one thing: there is no sufficient growth without listening to the voices of people. Empathy and the will to help are qualities I value in myself, as without those no community can exist.

The experience of the head of academic group at my previous University showed me that change starts with small steps from brave people. And nothing matters more than taking such steps in cohesive direction. Strategically moving forward is what brings great results. I can provide persistency in this, along with smart problem-solving and being able to take every point of view into account. Giving power to voices of students is equally important, and I will make sure everyone is heard.
